Most in-stock items will ship within 3-7 business days after your payment has been approved. Orders placed with the shipping methods of 2 Day Air or Overnight may not ship the same day the order is placed. If an item(s) is needed immediately please contact Customer Service at 1.877.444.7595. Custom manufactured items such as rings, pendants, or items that begin with ‘BE’ or ‘CLE’, and certain jewelry pieces that required an emblem selection will ship with the corrected shipping method once the order is completed.
Orders placed after 6pm EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after Thursday 6pm will be processed the following business day which is Monday.
Rings are made to order. Certain rings have a longer production than others due to the metal and design. Usually rings are produced within 4 weeks, but may take as long as 12 weeks. Manufacturing time for rings is determined by ring size, metal type, custom side options, etc.
Due to the monetary value of our items our rings, watches, pendants and formal wear, must ship via UPS to a verifiable address. Please provide a physical shipping address for all ring orders. All rings require a signature upon delivery.
UPS does not and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
When selecting your shipping method please note that if a manufacturing time is required, items will ship that method selected at the time of ordering once the item(s) are completed. This includes 2nd Day or Next Day Air shipping. If an item(s) is needed right away please call Customer Service at 1.877.444.7595 for assistance in meeting your needs.
All jewelry including rings, pendants and watches come with a 1 year manufacture warranty. After the year we will gladly repair or re-size any ring (if applicable), purchased through us, for an additional fee. Please contact us 1.877.444.7595 for information on where and how to ship the ring back to us. Once the ring has been received and is assessed by the jeweler you will be advised of the repair cost. After January 2009, there will be a charge assessed on all rings which are in need of resizing.
Our merchandise ships from different suppliers located throughout the U.S., Canada, and Spain. Many orders will require multiple shipments to complete. The shipping fees charged at the time of your order cover all shipments associated with that order. No other charges will be added to your account for multiple shipments unless the incorrect shipping method is selected at the time of ordering. If an shipping email is sent which states ‘Partially Shipped’ the remaining item(s) will ship shortly after.
Clothing and items that begin with ‘BE’ or ‘CLE’ have a production time assessed. These items are not stocked items. The customer has a color and Masonic emblem selection. The production times is between 2-3 weeks. Being that we hand embroider the emblems on at the time the order is placed these items cannot be returned for credit or exchanged for another size. If you are unsure of the person size or which emblem is needed please contact Customer Service for assistance 1.877.444.7595. The item above can be customized with ones name or lodge name and number for an additional fee. Tailoring is available on the suits or tuxedos upon request only.
International Orders will be consolidated in our facility prior to shipment and therefore will require more time to process (2-4 weeks). If the order contains items that are made to order or on back order, the order will ship when all items have been manufactured.
Canadian and other international customers are responsible for any and all duty charges. Items returned because of duties non-payment or incorrect addresses will not be refunded, and may incur additional shipping costs which is the responsibility of the customer. Due to unreliable delivery times on international orders, orders shipped by Priority Mail International, and all APO/FPO orders are sent BEST EFFORT ONLY. If the order does not arrive, is damaged or confiscated in customs, the item(s) will not be replaced or refunded. We cannot guarantee arrival of international orders shipped by Priority Mail International. Only UPS Shipping is guaranteed.
***Shipping Priority Mail International is an uninsured shipping method without any means of tracking. Delivery times will vary from 2-12 weeks. Shipping through UPS is insured, has a means of tracking and has a delivery arrival time between 1-2 weeks once the order leaves our facility.***
Sometimes items become back ordered at the manufacturer, and take a little longer to re-manufacture and ship. If you receive a shipping slip with a ‘B‘ in the quantity column, then your item is backordered, and will ship as soon as it is available. We appreciate your patience.
Returns most items have a return policy. Returns on certain items are accepted within 30 days for regular merchandise if it is unused or defective. Most items have a 30 day money back guarantee except for unusually large, small sized, custom made or engraved items.

Rings that begin with ‘D’ or ‘T’ in the model, have a 30 day money back guarantee except for unusually large, small sized or custom made or engraved rings. You may exchange it for a credit of the ring value or toward another item(s).
Rings and other jewelry with item numbers beginning with ‘SCH’ or ‘IBG’ can only be returned for repair or replacement if clearly defective. If you are truly dissatisfied with the item there is a 35%-45% restocking fee. No refunds will be given on these items. Because our rings are hand made to order, they may have minor imperfections. We cannot accept returns on rings for these minor imperfections.
Rings that begin with ‘K’ in the model number cannot be returned, exchanged or resized. These rings due to the metal, and style are beautiful rings and are made to order. These rings have a production time of 6-12 weeks. *** Please do not order these rings for someone else unless they have gone to a jewelry store to have their finger sized.***

When sending an item back for a refund or exchange please include your PO number given at the time your order was placed, and a note of what is needed to be done.
Shipping costs are not refunded except in the case of clearly defective merchandise.
Books are not returnable unless clearly defective.
We do ask that if item(s) are sent back for credit, exchange or repair that the shipping method selected is insured and has a tacking number. We are not held responsible for any item(s) shipped through USPS that are not insured and do not arrive safely to our facility.
