Most items will ship 2-5 business days after your payment approval except for custom manufactured items such as rings and items with shipping times listed in the description. International orders will be consolidated in our facility prior to shipment and therefore will require more time to process (2-4 weeks). If the order contains items that are made to order or on back order, the order will ship when all items have been received. Rings ship approximately 2-5 weeks after the order is placed because of manufacturing time. Manufacturing time for rings is determined by ring size, metal type, custom side options, etc. Due to the monetary value of our rings, all rings will ship via UPS to a verifiable address. Please provide a physical shipping address for all ring orders.
When selecting your shipping method please note that most items have a production time even if 2 Day or Next Day Air shipping is selected. If 2 Day Air or Next Day Air shipping method is selected, the item(s) will be shipped in that method once the package(s) leave our facility. If an item(s) is needed right away please call customer service at 1.877.444.7595 for assistance in meeting your needs.
All rings and jewelry come with a 1 year warranty. After the year we will gladly repair any ring purchased through us for an additional fee. Please contact us 1.877.444.7595 for information on where and how to ship the ring. Once the ring has been received and assessed with the jeweler you will be advised of the repair cost. After January 2009, there will be a charge assessed on all rings which are in need of resizing.
Our merchandise ships from different suppliers located throughout the U.S., Canada, and Spain. Many orders will require multiple shipments to complete. The shipping fees charged at the time of your order cover all shipments associated with that order. No other charges will be added to your account for multiple shipments.
Canadian and other international customers are responsible for any and all customs charges. Items returned because of duties non-payment will not be refunded, and any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Due to unreliable delivery time on international orders shipped by regular mail, international orders less than $150 shipped by regular mail and all APO/FPO orders are sent “BEST EFFORT ONLY”. If the order does not arrive, it will not be replaced or refunded. We can not guarantee arrival of international orders by regular mail. Only UPS Shipping is guaranteed.
Sometimes items become back ordered at the manufacturer, and take a little longer to re-manufacture and ship. If you receive a shipping slip with a B' in the quantity column, then your item is backordered, and will ship as soon as it is available. We appreciate your patience. Special order items, including sized rings, can take up to 5 weeks to ship, but usually ship in 3-4 weeks. Returns are accepted within 30 days for regular merchandise if it is unused or defective. Most items have a 30 day money back guarantee except for unusually large, small sized, custom made or engraved items. Rings have a 30 day money back guarantee except for unusually large, small sized or custom made or engraved rings. Rings and other jewelry with item numbers beginning with DRS can be returned for refund, repair or replacement only. Rings and other jewelry with item numbers beginning with SCH can only be returned for repair or replacement if clearly defective. No refunds can be given on those items. Because our rings are hand made to order, they may have minor imperfections. We cannot accept returns on rings for these minor imperfections. All rings returned for refund will incur a 20% restocking fee unless clearly defective. Shipping costs cannot be returned except in the case of defective merchandise. Monogrammed and embroidered items with model numbers beginning with the letters BE and EL and all other customized or engraved merchandise cannot be returned unless clearly defective. Suits can be exchanged or hemmed again if needed. Books are not returnable unless clearly defective. Items returned using shipping methods other than those provided by the company will incur additional charges. Refunds are processed on the 15th and last day of each month.
