Custom manufactured items such as rings, pendants and items that begin with `BE`,`DR`,`SCH`,`STU`,`T` or `FMS` and certain jewelry pieces that require a special Masonic insignia selection will ship with the shipping method selected at the time the order was placed once the item(s) are completed.
Orders placed after 6pm EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after Thursday 6pm will be processed the following Monday.
Once orders have gone from Pending to Processing the orders cannot be cancelled, altered, added to or changed. This includes shipping addresses.
Rings are made to order. Certain rings have a longer production than others due to the metal type, design and size. Usually rings are produced within 4 weeks but may take as long as 12 weeks. All ring orders cannot be cancelled once they have gone into processing.A re-stocking fee may apply.
Due to the monetary value of all items that begin with `DR`,`SCH`,`STU`,`TMJ` or `FMS`MUST ship via UPS to a verifiable address. Please provide a physical shipping address for all jewelry orders. All jewelry orders require a signature upon delivery.
UPS does not and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

All jewelry including rings, pendants and watches come with a limited 1 year manufacture warranty. This does not cover items that are not cleaned properly, chipping of enamel, Vermeil fading or have been affected due to customer abuse. After the year we will gladly repair, re-size, clean & polish any ring (if applicable), purchased through us, for an additional fee. Please contact us 1.877.444.7595 for information on where and how to ship the ring back to us. Once the ring has been received and is assessed by the jeweler you will be advised of the repair cost.
-***Orders that are returned back to us as undelivered, no such address, NO APT /Suite number Name or Company Name or returned for failure to sign for the package will be charged an additional shipping fee to reship the order.***
Some of our merchandise ships from different locations throughout the U.S. and Spain. Many orders may require multiple shipments to complete. The shipping fees charged at the time your order is placed covers all shipments associated with that order. No other charges will be added to your account for multiple shipments unless the incorrect shipping method is selected at the time of ordering.
-Shipping via USPS Mail is shipped at the customer own risk. This shipping method is a non insured shipping method. If an order is shipped this method and not delivered or damaged in transit FreeMasonStore.com will not accept responsibility nor will it be replaced. Only orders shipped via UPS or FEDEX are insured and guaranteed delivery.

-Sometimes items become back ordered at the manufacturer, and will take a little longer to re-manufacture and ship. If you receive a shipping slip with a `B` in the quantity column, then your item is backordered, and will ship as soon as it is available. We appreciate your patience.
Customize items beginning with the letters `BE`:
These items which begin with `BE` have a production time assessed. These items are not stocked items. The customer is allowed to select --- color, size and Masonic/O.E.S. Insignia. Production times are usually between 2-3 weeks. Being that we hand embroider the emblems on at the time the order is placed these items cannot be returned for credit or exchanged for another size. If you are unsure of the person size or which emblem is needed please contact Customer Service for assistance 1.877.444.7595. The items above can be customized with ones name or lodge/chapter name and number for an additional fee.
We ship worldwide. International orders are consolidated in our facility prior to shipment and therefore will require more time to process (2-4 weeks). If the order contains items that are made to order or on back order, the order will ship completed when all the items have been manufactured.
Canadian and other international customers are responsible for any and all duty charges. Items returned because of duties non-payment or incorrect addresses will not be refunded, and may incur additional shipping costs which is the responsibility of the customer. Due to unreliable delivery times on international orders, orders shipped by Priority Mail International and all APO/FPO orders are sent BEST EFFORT ONLY. If the order does not arrive, is damaged or confiscated in customs, the item(s) will NOT be replaced or refunded. We cannot guarantee arrival of international orders shipped by Priority Mail International. Only UPS Shipping is guaranteed.
***Shipping Priority Mail International is an uninsured shipping method without any means of tracking. Delivery times will vary from 2-12 weeks. Most items have a 30 day money back guarantee except for unusually large/small sized, custom made or engraved items. Returns on certain items are accepted within 30 days for regular merchandise if it is unused. Defective items must be returned back to us within 5 business days of the time of receipt.

Rings and other jewelry with item numbers beginning with `SCH`,`STU`,`IBG`,`T` or `FMS` can only be returned if clearly defective and must be sent back within 5 business days of receipt. If you are truly dissatisfied with the item a restocking fee will apply. No full refunds will be given on these items. Because our rings are hand made to order, they may have minor imperfections. We cannot accept returns on rings for these minor imperfections.
All Stainless Steel & Tungsten Rings cannot be resized due to the metal. *** Please do not order these rings for someone else unless you know the person`s finger size.***
